It is great to finally have an update to MenuCracker. It is used by MenuMeters (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/10451) and GeekTool (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/10404) among others. Version 1.3 was released for PPC in 2003 and has been working very well even in Leopard. It is rather interesting that Sourceforge says that version 1.4 was posted in July 2008 yet it is only now that it shows up on MacUpdate.
OS X 10.3.9 - OS X 10.10 ; Unfortunately MenuCracker appears to have been broken by OS X 10.11, which therefore breaks useful applications like Application Switcher Menu (ASM), multiXFinder, etc., unless MenuCracker is rewritten (and that's assuming that Apple has not completely crippled anything like MenuCracker being able to work even if rewritten... )
So, and what to do with this, what is this for?
There is no description here on MacUpdate nor in the downloaded file nor at the homepage at sourceforge.net.
Very clever, I think everyone will install this update...
To be precise:
I use a Computer from Apple with an OS from Apple, - should I install this?
