Kid, keep on going and don´t feel bad, be carefull next time and test very well your work before releasing it, ask your friends to beta test and when done, release it to the public.

Happy Coding ;-)

Have you ever read the apple guidelines for interface design? Didn't think so. People buy Macs to be able to use beautiful cosftware that integrates with the operating system and interacts with the user. HTMLCreator does not and age should not be a determining factor in the creation of good software. Plus, how could you have gone through 3 versions in 2 days!? Don't download this.

Read the "What's New". He's learning RealBasic at school. At least let him finish the class before you start criticizing.

Version 2 is about as better as version 1 as MSN 4.0 is better than 3.5. Really dude, you want to do alot more with this if you want to have any competition with other HTML editors.

On a positive note, at least the developer isn't in Iraq abusing prisoners.

But this app may quality as abuse of webmasters.

Wow. I've seen some bad HTML editors, but this has to be the worst. It has support for a grand total of 5 tags (BODY, FONT, IMG, HR, and the ever-popular 'A HREF' tag). 4 of the tags are either deprecated outright, or inserted with deprecated and/or misspelled attribute names. The developer considers Comic Sans as an acceptible menu font. There's a 'Save as Text' button in the window, and a 'Save as HTML' button in the File menu. Both do exactly the same thing, changing only the extension on the saved file. Saving a document has no visible effect in the UI. The file is silently written to disk, and that's it. There's a text field called 'Clipboard' in the drawer, but as far as I can tell, it has no connection to the real clipboard, it's just a blank text field. Perhaps it's intended to compensate for the fact that you can't open more than one document at a time with this. All this in 904k!! I gave it 5 for stability because it didn't crash, but that's largely irrelevant, since there's little purpose in launching it in the first place.

Just more RealBasic crap; use the time you'd spend downloading and opening this for something more productive, like looking out the window or splitting a text file into 904 1k segments and calling it experimental fiction.
