This is actually a web based service for which one pays a yearly fee of, currently, $60. There's a 30 day no-questions-asked money back guarantee if not satisfied. If it allows one to successfully and repeatedly win eBay auctions, it's worth the price, provided one uses it frequently and on higher priced items.

AuctionSniper, an application to be used with your browser, is designed to making eBay auctions more convenient. The best news: AuctionSniper is almost free (aside from a nominal fee after each successful snipe); it's also compatible with the iPod Touch and iPhone. You can also set it up to receive alerts in order to increase bids on under-bid items. I've used it for years, and it has never failed me. With "Snipe it Now," you can snipe items without even leaving your browser page. As AuctionSniper is totally reliable and outrageously inexpensive (1% of each successful snipe), a foolproof way to make certain that get the item you want. Absolutely mandatory of eBay fans.

I was stunned by the usage fee, but I decided to go with it, anyway. Then, I sniped a brand-new, $450 Tiffany bracelet for eighty-five bucks while I was out of town for the weekend. Even when you include the fee, that price is hard to beat. Needless to say, Auction Sniper is a good value only if you normally go for stuff that's worth at least a hundred bucks.

I paid for it. It works great. But assume that this is not a piece of software. It's a web service. The software it's just a kind of commercial hook. Anyways, it's great.

This is a butt kicking software. Absolutely awsome. I beat another user just 5 seconds right after his bid.

Obnoxious bit of SW. I am sure it's great if you cough the (ridiculous) $49.95 fee, but to just run it in Demo mode requires a load of jumping through hoops and is over complicated. It's already in the trash!
