The BBC maintain 68 RSS feeds: copies of their news Web pages which are designed to be machine-readable instead of human-readable. This application allows you to select any number of those feeds, downloads them, and presents their contents in an easy-to-read form.

Every 60 seconds, one of the categories you have selected for viewing is updated. The categories are updated in turn so if having frequent updates of one category is important to you, make sure almost all other categories are hidden.

The stories you see are the stories that appear on the BBC's own news website

Very nice piece of software. Compact, easy to use. Great to have a glimpse to the sort of news you want, when you want. Thanks.
