Overview

Spoook is a nifty little utility that provides the user with the ability to freely view and change the Mac-Creator, Mac-Type and Visibility of a file or folder.

Through the built-in File Browser the user can easily navigate to/through the files and folders as if they were all visible.

Under OS X 10.2.6 I can't get it to work on either a G3 or a G4 system. It displays the file information nicely, but doesn't allow any of it to be changed.

Takes some practice and tends to be slow, but does what it claims to do. Tip: If you specify a criterion for a mass operation but leave the value blank (e.g. say you want to operate on all files with a certain extension but leave the field where you specify the extension blank), it won't work. Check to make sure you've only got what you need enabled.
