While there are legitimate uses for some of the functionality this app provides, the way this thing is marketed makes me wonder. The developers have chutzpah to post a notice about what's obviously intended to be a hacking/intrusion tool on a highly visible site such as this.

Was unable to get the Telnet client to send any text to the host once I connected. Tried all 3 CR/LF modes. Also, how do you enable/disable local echo?

What all of you are failing to realize is that normal everyday people can use this "hackker's" tool as well. Say someone's inturding on you're Mac. Well, are you a large company with billions of dollars? Probably not, so the authorities aren't gonna give a damn. So, flood whoever's doing it to you and make them realize not all people out there are gonna take that crap. I'm sure 50% of you out there arne't as legit as you pretend to be. I happen to like some of their tools. It keeps me from worrying in this day and age if someone is trying to screw me over. Look at things from a different perspective for a change...

While I can see legitimate uses for ping tests, checking open ports, and having a telnet client, why would one ever want to flood???
