AT&T Global Network Client is software that allows you to connect to a variety of dialup services. For example, you can use it to connect to an Internet Service Provider (ISP), or to your company\'s Virtual Private Network (VPN). Using the AT&T Global Network Client interface, you define user and service profiles that can be saved for later use. For more information on creating and managing user and service profiles, use the Help command in the Help menu.
Because we can't access dialup services or VPN already? MacOS X can already do this, just open Internet Connect in your Applications folder.
So really, what's the point of this software. I can;t find any info on AT&T's website.
Agree with previous comment. i checked out Global Dialer and it is exactly what it says it is. I used it a few times and find it works OK. My guess is that you have had some worm / virus. Get that AV software updated!
are you aware that something calling itself "global dialer" is inserting itself as something akin to a virus.had to backdate my computer to get rid of it. what do you know about this? and what if anithing are yiu doing to get rid of it?
