Interesting concept and very flexible. The only problem is, that I can't use F16.

If you are looking for a nice interface and all that kind of stuff, you're in the wrong place. This is however a great way to use simple to complex keyboard shortcuts to do anything. You really get to do what you want and since it uses scripts, you don't have to worry about whether the developer put in the features you want. I gave it a 3 for stability only because I haven't tested it enough to know if it's stable - my guess is there's no reason for it to be unstable, ever.
