Do yourselves a favor and get SEE Finance 2. It's very well-supported, works well, and upgrade fees are quite rare (only when they went from version 1 to version 2, which is a complete rewrite). I'm curious to see how US-centric non-US customers find it. It's definitely extremely customizable.

Finally pulled the plug and moved over to Quicken from this disaster of a software package. Best move I've ever made, everything just works now!!!

Very few options to display transactions. Say you want 'March' only. You can NOT do that. You can only display 'Month'... which shows you a month back, from today. Totally useless. It's the same for 'Year' or any time frame. It's beyond belief, that this simplest of accounting needs, is completely overlooked. They have "added it to the feature request"... but, you have to be kidding me? How is that NOT the default? Creating reports is an utter abortion. Reconciling Bank Statements is also very difficult. The 'only' good thing it has going for it, is that you can Direct Access your bank accounts (mostly). I'm in Australia and 'if' your bank is supported, for an ongoing fee (not cheap) you can direct download your transactions. Mind you, they don't look 'anything' like the order of your bank statement (jumbled). And, because it is U.S.A. based... all the tax deductions, categories and terminology, is 'American'... check, not cheque... 401K, not superannuation, on and on..... Also, all the tax 'deductions' are irrelevant in Australia. So many things 'suck' about this program, it would take too long to list them all. The only reason I persevere with it, is because Xero is $50 a month.

Don’t waste your time or money with this lot. Customer support is poor and in Europe bank integration suddenly stopped last year and is still not working. And to add insult to injury, OFX/QIF import doesn’t work either.

I had to update to Banktivity 7 be cause of MacOS update. Does not import transactions, have to manually save any new data entered into the register which I never had to do before. I don't trust this software to keep my finances, moving on. A definite waste of the cost to upgrade.

This is perhaps the worse piece of software I have ever used. I used Quicken for nearly 15 years before migrating to Banktivity 6 then version 7. (1) Most transactions do not migrate properly, (2) several investment institutions migrate but all purchases are always zero, (3) sometimes it assigns transactions to vendors automatically, and even their tech support could not bypass this, the only being to stop automatic download, which defeats the purpose of the software, (4) very buggy... even with multiple assignments, it always automatically chooses "medical expense" for my grocery store that does not even have a pharmacy. ...I can go on and on...avoid it..

Have used iBank for about 5 years mostly ok. Bought a new iMac Catalina, managed to import the data into Banktivity 7, then added about a month's bank data into the 7 version. If i turn off my computer all recent data is lost or all the old data needs to be reentered as if starting new. Sent an email to help 18 days ago, No response. I' m going to Quicken Nothing can be as bad as this.

The tech support sucks, but I've been generally happy with the app so far. I really like the interface.
