Does not appear to work on OSX 10.4.6 on an intel MacBookPro.

It loads under Snow Leopard (10.6.4) as a 32bit preference pane, but it doesn't seem to be compatible with the newest system and the newest builds of Mac GNU PG.
There are currently no troubleshooting comments. If you are experiencing a problem with this app, please post a comment.
