This script is excellent. I use it all the time.

Every so often, if a song has a weird filename on the iPod, it doesn't copy over correctly. I'm not positive what causes the trouble, as it doesn't happen every time with some songs.

There are two things to pay attention to when using this script:

1) Check the number of songs you're attempting to move, and compare to the number of songs you've actually moved.

2) Occasionally, songs with weird names will get copied, but they'll be named ".mp3" or ".m4a", so you'll need to use Terminal.app to rename them so they show up in the finder. (I don't know how you'd do that in the finder.)

Also note, although this script can be flakey, it seems like all iPod ripping software is flakey right now. Since this script is so simple, its faults are the easiest for me to work around.

This app works great! It doesnt install another application that you have to run along with itunes, its included IN itunes and all you have to do is go to the scripts menu to use it. Its exactly what i was looking for. I would reccommend this app to everyone, and best of all, its FREE

Beautiful little application. Makes it very easy to copy music from your ipod to your computer. Reported to even work with the aac files gooten off the itunes music store. Have not tried that myself. Highly recommend this, plus it has a great price.
