Doesn't work with Sierra - has "do not enter" sign across it in the Finder.

I use an Android tablet basically for reading books and comics which I manage from my Mac computer. When I pass files to the tablet's SD card (used only for storage, no system files there) I keep on finding the "._files" created by Mac OS X everywhere. After some browsing today I have found this nice little app that allows me to clean the SD card of these "._files" before unmounting it, which is exactly what I needed.

Great product - does exactly what it says it does, is well implemented and reliable. The main reason I use this is to delete all the dot files etc for a 32GB SD card I use in my car hifi. If I don't do this then these files are displayed and make it much less pleasant when playing music.

This program is completely useless and dangerous to use. I dragged my drive into the app like it said in the readme document. It seemed to be doing something for about a minute; then I recieved a 'session timed out' window. I went back to my drive and found out that many of my files, mostly quicktime files, had been corrupted and rendered useless. I must now go back and re-digitize hours of footage, some of which is unrecoverable. Bottom line: don't ever use this program.

Also need an option to delete only ORPHANED ._ files. eg. When a file ._archrux.jpg has no corresponding archrux.jpg file, then it's okay to delete the ._archrux.jpg file.

Great little AppleScript! Yes, it could be a dangerous thing to use, but I wanted to delete all the .DS_Store and ._xxxx files that got created when I dropped MP3 files onto my Jukebox via an SMB share. MP3 files have no resource fork, so it was safe. I do wish I had an idea that it was working, but I did have it sort through 80 GB of MP3s, all in nested directory structures, and it completed in just a couple minutes!

Deleting the resource fork files along with the .DS_Store files is throwing the baby out with the bathwater! The Windoze IT administrators want the useless clutter of .DS_Store files done away with; but deleting the resource fork files render storage of many Mac files utterly useless! We need a user preference option to NOT delete resource fork files!!!!!!
