I had problems with running this application initially. It turns out to be a problem with the QX5 because Digital blue have changed the supplier for the USB chipset.
The developer was really responsive and worked with me, sending me a debug version ann a couple of other versions of the software, in an effort to detect and then bypass the hardware issue.
Eventually, I settled on a USB hub that had individual transaction translators for each port. It worked well and the software is fantastic. Lovely images with frame averaging to reduce noise, to boot. The developer worked really hard to resolve what was a hardware error caused by the QX5.
Buy from him with confidence and get a great product with what is very rare service. Highly recommended, without any reservation. Thank you Eric.
