Salling Media Sync	Sep 12 2008	WORLD28 Ok a nice tool, but much less than Salling Clicker. Basically, you need to mount the disk of your device (phone) and start the sync process. SynTunes do it for phone, but also any device (Palm,...) whose disc can be mounted, fast et for free ! Why to pay for an equivalent free tool well benchmarked ! no sense. So OK I like the company who did Salling Clicker. It would be better to implement it for iPhone than doing this useless program. Sorry (Version 1.0.1)		-3

SALLING Hi there. I think you'vemisunderstood how this application works for the majority of phones supported (i.e. NOT using mass storage mode); this application does things no other application does (like synchronizing play counts on phones that support this, so that podcast episodes show as played/unplayed on the phone).

ODYSSEUS I think the developer doesn't grasp how upset users are that he has yet to offer anything like Salling Clicker for the iPhone. He also has been less than forthcoming about whether or not he intends to develop anything along these lines.

MacFusion	Jul 23 2008	WORLD28 This version is a disaster. All favorites have disappeared, and connections are all impossible with SSHFS (no mount, unrecognized password) ! By the way, I wrote Applescripts for SSHFS, that work fine, which confirm that this version of macfusion is TOTALLY buggy. A shame, even for an opensource program. (Version 2.0.2)		0

JETFIREDX Yeah it seems pretty unstable still with FTP as well. Trying to change the default path to ~/Comcast caused it to crash after an error about being unable to create the mount point. (However typing the full path in worked fine the next time.)

Glad to see MacFusion getting some updates though! Hopefully it will just continue to get better.

Google Earth	May 26 2008	WORLD28 I found that MatLab 7.5 is partially responsible from the Qt problem. They use the version 4.1. I copy the 4.3 from Google Earth to the MatLab directory /bin/mac, and MatLab is running correctly, while GE is loading partially. No more warning on Qt version, but it quits suddenly anyway. (Version 4.3.7204.836)		0

TuneRanger	Apr 17 2008	WORLD28 Excellent software, very powerful and perfectly efficient. I can synchromize the iTunes library of my wife through the home network, without annoying her, and keeping all her podcasts, playlists. A bit subtile for the installation, but, once done, works fine. Congratulation for the developper. The price is reasonable for the service. (Version 0.9.5.270)		0

PHOENIX1701 world28: in Terminal, run "otool -L /Applications/Cartographie/Google Earth.app/Contents/MacOS/libQtCore.4.dylib".

You should get output that starts like this:

/Applications/Cartographie/Google Earth.app/Contents/MacOS/libQtCore.4.dylib:

@executable_path/libQtCore.4.dylib (compatibility version 4.3.0, current version 4.3.4)

If the version matches (4.3.0), search for "libQtCore.4.dylib" and see if you find any other copies elsewhere on your computer -- it might be trying to use the wrong one. If the version doesn't match (i.e., if it says "compatibility version 4.1.0", then try re-downloading Google Earth and see if that helps.
