WELDED  I can't say how it happened, but I've discovered that Firefox somehow managed to become the default browser even though I never use it so I retract my comment above. :)

WELDED  I've only just begun trying this app out, but is it *supposed* to open all links in Firefox instead of the OS default browser (in my case Safari 4)? This is pretty messed up behaviour...

WELDED  I've been using this app on and off since 0.01 but the 0.07 update just crashes immediately at launch making it unusable.

WELDED  I've been considering an app like this for a while since I do LOTS of copy/pasting. Still, I don't feel I *need* it, but hey, this is what sales and demos are for! ;)

Coda

****.

WELDED  Coda is a brilliant v1.0 product and well worth the price. That said, there are a few omissions I hope/expect to see in future versions (SVN, global find/replace to name 2) but as it is, I can more than recommend this app to any web developer.

WELDED  I'm a bit of a neat freak, so this may be my excuse to pick this app up. It doesn't seem worth the full price, the $13 is more palatable.

ForkLift
Sep 24 2007

WELDED  I've heard good things about ForkLift, though I remain skeptical of something that purports to replace a half dozen applications I already know and use... I guess I've got about 16 hours to test that, eh?

WELDED  I'm all for supporting small developers, and this looks like a highly capable program, but I get the distinct feeling it's built on the back of R-Name, a free and open source alternative. It's a bit tough to find these days, but there's a link in a comment on the MU review page.

I've also got a copy if that link dies, so email me.

WELDED  This looks pretty good. I've been looking for a suitable replacement for Pysol on my old PC. Plus my wife thinks it's adorable. :p

Navicat for MySQL
Sep 3 2007

WELDED  I've tried many different mySQL GUIs on both Mac and PC, and Navicat is really worth paying for, especially on discount. I've been waiting for it to show up on MacUpdate Promo for a while now, so time to pay up and give credit where credit is due.

WELDED  I agree with inaudiblepiphany. Barquee isn't perfect, but it IS inexpensive and more feature rich than iController. I've tried them both, but it's clear you get what you pay for in this case.

****.

WELDED  I've been using this app for about a year, I guess, and I've been very happy with it. It's always worked well; I've never had any of the iTunes 7/track not updating problems others have reported, but it seems like a good idea to try the demo first.

Though I am glad I spent the money for this app, this morning I got an alert that there was a new version available, but the developer's site is gone. It's some janky link farm.

So to conclude, try this program, but buyer beware.

CRAIGG  Actually, scratch that. While the site is online, the dev doesn't answer emails. So, yes, buyer beware, unless you're on Intel, in which case just don't bother.
