I apologize for the length delay in response! Do you have, or did you have, the Safari 4 BETA installed on your system? There is a known issue when using the BETA of Safari 4 from Apple. Please see our FAQ section for more information...

Why doesn't the map show up when I try to use Maperture?

This is caused by a conflict with the Safari 4 beta. We are working on this issue, but until it is resolved, you will need to remove the Safari beta to use Maperture.

UBERMIND  While Google's plug-in does provide a solid way to get your photos from iPhoto into Picasa Web Albums, ours has several features that Google doesn't offer, such as: customization (for file size, type, and name) and geotag support. Additionally, we've spent considerable time developing our UI to conform very closely to the standard "Mac" experience. Of course, you shouldn't simply take our word for it. iPhoto to Picasa Web Albums comes with a free 15-day trial, during which the plug-in is fully functional.
