TRSOH1969  Okay, maybe they lurk, but at 430 I got an update and a solution that I will post here for everyone's benefit. (And to avoid their SLOW tech support). It seems to have solved my issue, thankfully.

Delete the com.chronos.SOHOOrganizer.plist file from the Preferences folder (~/Library/Preferences/, where "~" denotes your home folder). Restart your computer. Launch SOHO Organizer.

TRSOH1969  WARNING! Chronos claims to run on Leopard. IT DOES NOT. I was using 10.4 on my MacBook and never had a problem with version 6.5.4. Ran fine, despite some minor work flow issues that were more about my personal thinking on how it should run. (i.e., you can't save a SoHo document unless you PDF it and save!)

So after checking their website, I updated my OS. Imagine how upset I was when on start up, SoHo Organizer crashes every time. I posted on the website for tech support (the only way to reach them) on Friday, March 14th. I coded it as an emergency since I cannot access any of my notes, contacts, phone numbers, etc. It's is now March 17 at 4PM and I still haven't had ONE SINGLE response.

Check out the upcoming Nighthawk from Now Software. Looks much better and I will be switching when it is available.

MINER  "Nighthawk when it becomes available"

I think that should say

Nighthawk IF it becomes available.

Paid for the upcoming upgrade over a year ago, and not even a beta in sight.

Everybody may grunt over Chronos, but their product is here, and steadily improved.
