TONYINLONDON  Works fine now on 10.4.11 (except the UI should say "Number of phonemes", not "phonomes"). Thanks for the fix!

TONYINLONDON  Same here. I'm on a 2GHz MacBook, 1GB RAM, running 10.4.11 and all latest Apple updates.

The app downloads and uncompresses OK, and appears OK on the Desktop. However you can't select it by single-clicking on its icon - you CAN however select it by single-clicking on its name.

Equally it doesn't open if you double-click on its icon; File->Open or double-clicking on the app's name opens it but it immediately crashes with a very short traceback:

Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)

Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS (0x0001) at 0x7541536e

Thread 0 Crashed:

0 libobjc.A.dylib 0x90a594c0 objc_msgSend + 16

1 com.apple.ASApplication 0x00001fea main + 24

2 com.apple.ASApplication 0x00001fa6 start + 54

I'm not sure what that means, but it looks as though there's something fundamentally wrong with the way it's built.

TONYINLONDON  Yes, same here (10.4.10/MacBook 2GHz, if it's relevant). You launch the app, to be presented with a login screen which wants you to log in to something at cafescribe.com, whatever that may be (to which you're directed if you click on the "Forgotten your password" link). The Quit menu item's greyed out, as is the Help menu item, so Force Quit is my friend. There's nothing about this being a client for some server, in fact " It can function both online and offline" says the exact opposite. This is either broken or the description's missing some essential points.

Trash can, I think.
