Earlier problem still exists re MSN Messenger (i.e. Office Dock launches Messenger ...but does not opens the Personal Contacts dialogue box and automatically signs in as would normally happen when you launch it straight from the OS X Doc). All other Office apps work perfectly. Thanks for your continued improvements. |

Just downloaded v1.4. The problem still exists with MSN Messenger (i.e. Office Dock launches Messenger ...but does not opens the Personal Contacts dialogue box and automatically signs in as it does when you launch it straight from the OS X Doc). All other Office apps work perfectly. Thank for your continued improvements. PS. The iLife Dock is great also. Can't wait to see an Adobe Dock, a Utilities Dock, a...!! |

Ok. Changed the app's default name from 'Microsoft Messenger' to 'MSN Messenger'. Office Dock now launches Messenger ...but that's it!! Messenger no longer opens the Personal Contacts dialogue box and automatically signs in like it does when I launch it straight from the OS X Doc. |

Works a treat with all my Microsoft Office 2004 apps ...except MSN Messenger 7.0.1. I get a 'Choose Application' dialogue box with the question "Where is MSN Messenger?" when I attempt to launch it. No matter how often I choose the app it still looks for it every time. I use a PowerBook G4 running OS X 10.4.11. Any suggestions! Otherwise a brilliant concept - well done. |

I'm still on 10.4.11 and I find it strange that this was not made available through the normal Software Update process ...thank you MacUpdate. |

I emailed the developer who responded immediately and solved the 10.4.11 problem. So, re-download ...and enjoy. Well done. |

Does NOT work with my Safari 3.1, I got this error message - "Safari 3.1 (v4525.13) has not been tested with the plugin Keywurl (null) (vKEYWURL_VERSION). As a precaution, it has not been loaded. Please contact the plugin developer (not the SIMBL author) for further information." |

I'm just blown away by the speed of this update! ...I only just updated to Safari 3.1 less than an hour ago (3.30pm GMT). Definitely 6 stars. |

Not being expert in these matters - exactly WHAT am I supposed to do with my 2.1 download, i.e. the 'Perian's Type Installer.app' and a folder called 'Perian's Type Installer (Source code)'? |

Thank you for such a quick reply. Not being expert in these matters - exactly what am I supposed to do with what I downloaded, i.e. the 'Perian's Type Installer.app' and a folder called 'Perian's Type Installer (Source code)'? |

Just downloaded the 2.1 update. Double clicked on the Perian's Type Installer.app The dialogue box showed all 6 filetypes as greyed out/installed with the message 'Nothing to add.' So, how DOES one update to 2.1 from 1.0? |

Earlier today (Wednesday, June 12th, 2007) Perian 1.0 became available on my MU Menu. I downloaded and installed Perian.prefPane 1.0. Later this evening I received a MacUpdate email to tell me that Perian had been 'updated'...to 0.5. Please advise!! |
