Unfortunatley I didn't see your post here until just now. (We actually have a support email address for issues like this, which is "support@dbentrance.com", We also have a support page with a FAQ: http://dbntrance.com/Support.html)

Maybe the best thing is for you to try our new version and let me know what happens. 1.2.87 will be appearing here and on http://dbentrance.com/ soon.
