TIMNIEGO My experience has been very different than that of ptklenk (the reviewer before me). After work hours on the west coast I ran in to a problem moving DVDxDV from my G5 to Mac Pro. I emailed customer service and considered it a day done. After dinner, I checked and had an email from customer service with a current registration # and link to download the latest version. I did have problems entering in my registration number. Only when I enlarged the text in the email could I tell the difference between the number "one", a lower case "L" and an upper case "i". But it did work and I finished the project a day before I thought I would.
