WOW! Now that's how I wish all companies acted!I had trouble initially with VueScan software, and that company is not so nice.

TIGHELANDER  I had the same problem in 10.3.9 with the app starting, then stopping. Tech support was little help, saying to update my java. I updated almost everything with no change, the last update was to Quicktime 7 and that did the trick. I am running it on a first gen iBook through a hub to avoid HD noise.
