TERESA.WHEELER This is just to clarify the deactivation code issue with Verizon.
CallWave works with the No Answer/Busy Transfer feature offered by many carriers. The code to cancel it on the Verizon network apparently varies depending upon which of their markets you're in. *73 to cancel all forwarding (which is how CallWave works) is straight off the VZW web site, however it did not work for me. I am in Atlanta.
I found *710, among other codes, at Howard Forums, and it did the trick (none of the others listed worked for me). There was a note on the posting (dated from January of 2007) stating that *710, *720 and *730 were being phased out and that *73 was the replacement.
