Posterino
Jun 8 2009

TECHCHICK99  The running MU Promo brought me back to Posterino. I bought it a long time ago and didn't use it for a long time. The possibility to create a huge photo collage is great with this app. I made tons of photos in the last couple of months and created a great poster for our bedroom yesterday.

Posterino was easy to handle and the collage was created just like this.

Thanks!

ImageWell

****.

TECHCHICK99  I was looking for a small app to help me crop and resize pictures and one of my colleagues recommended ImageWell. And yes, it is simple, easy and quickly done.

The only thing that I really don't understand: Why do you guys hide the save button? I always have to search for it. GUI could be optimized in terms of usabilty.

Adium
May 19 2009

TECHCHICK99  2 years ago, Adium was pretty buggy and did not work properly for me. But the latest update seems to be pretty stable.

I really enjoy chatting via Adium, because I have got all my buddies in one list.

The Tube
May 19 2009

TECHCHICK99  Hi Pedrobal,

have you checked the preference pane in The Tube? There is a tab called "EPG" where you can select the guide for USA. It is actually pretty easy. Hope to help you with this hint.

The Tube

TECHCHICK99  The latest version of The Tube works really well on my MacBook. I am really satisfied with the ease-of-use of this product as well as the many great features, that The Tube offers.

I really like the TubeToGo feature, where you can schedule and record your favorite shows from your iPhone.

They even offer a free-of-charge iPhone App, with which you can stream live TV on your iPhone. Never miss a second of your favorite show again, just take TV with you on the balcony.

CoverScout

*****

TECHCHICK99  I am a long time user of CoverScout and am very happy with this piece of software. My iTunes library does not have one single black image. Even better, the album artwork is stored directly into the music file, and therefore gives much more flexibilty to the handling process.

What I think is extremely neat: the latest integration with equinux' SongGenie. SongGenie finds missing track information and corrects typos.

CoverScout and SongGenie together - never again without both of them.

SongGenie

TECHCHICK99  I am very happy to own SongGenie.

I own a pretty large iTunes library, a lot of mainstream music but also tons of rare titles. Especially these songs often only appeared as "Track 1", "Track 2", etc. It was so easy to include all the missing track information. Actually, SongGenie 1.1 allowed me to automatically apply all identified track information in one go, which saved me a lot of time.

Listening to my iPod is much more fun, now, that I can actually see all song informaiton.

SongGenie

TECHCHICK99  Hello everybody,

I have a huge iTunes library with a lot of unknown songs and I must say, that SongGenie cleaned my iTunes. It is a fabulous piece of software, easy to use, clean interface and very precise. With its v1.1 update it also integrates into another equinux software relatec to iTunes: CoverScout. I downloaded the demo and tried it. My recommendation: give it a shot!

Listening to my iPod is even more fun, now, that I can scroll through all my songs and actually get ALL the visuals with it.

Stationery Pack

TECHCHICK99  I cannot understand the anger of you guys. I bought the Stationery Pack a while ago and must say that I use the templates EVERY SINGLE DAY. I write tons of emails and always give my mails a special touch with an equinux mail template.

I love their design and I think, that they a worth every penny. I also would buy Stationery Pack 3.

PEDROBAL  That is because you work for them. No one else in the whole planet, than a paid person, would praise SongGenie, CoverScout and TheTube. Including the EPG on top of it all. Since you work there, why don't you spend your hours improving the apps and their user interface instead of posting stuff like this?
