EasyRsync	May 26 2009	SPIROXIS Got a massive problem. Using a Mini Mac/1gig RAM/160gig HD/Leopard. I set a schedule for backup and turned of the Network Attached Drive. EasyRsync must have tried to backup up unto my local hard disk because I now have only 3gig left on my HD! I cant find where it has placed the volume it created so I can move it to the Network Attached Drive. Any help? (Version 0.1)		0

Little Snitch	Oct 2 2006	SPIROXIS I finally had to re-instal the OS. I am sure it was some other third party software causing the problem. Will still use Little Snitch but will watch the startup folder with an eagle eye from now on... (Version 1.2.4b3)		0

Little Snitch	May 23 2006	SPIROXIS I uninstalled Little Snitch from my gigabit g4 and now I cant use OSX Tiger's built in firewall. I keep getting a message that I am using another firewall progam and must quit before I can change settings in the Tiger firewall. I dont have little snitch installed so what is the problem? Help!!!! (Version 1.2.3b3)		0

ROB Are you sure you do not have another firewall installed. Go to HD Library and go to Startup Items. Inspect and see if your have a folder called "firewall" if yes delete it. If it is Apple's it will generate its own folder. Restart and start your firewall again.

ROBO-X If you run Virtual PC it installs some Firewall rules while running. Quit Virtual PC and you can access the built in Firewall again.

S P L A T ! dude...

software like Carrafix, Throttled Pro, Cocktail (install a pack in startup folder when you optimize your connection) or some kind of "broadband optimizer" can show you that behavior...
