SMALLBUSINESSMAN  4.1 seems to freeze consistently as reported all over the Internet. The question is why is RealMac not responding?

SMALLBUSINESSMAN  This product has failed in so many ways, I can't imagine somebody saying anything like this. It can't fill in the eBay fields leaving the user having to revise all items posted on eBay. It's tech support hasn't responded to my email in two days and offers no phone number. The program is a big headache and a waste of my time and money. It can only download its own postings for record keeping and can't handle the second ebay attempt to sell it at all. These guys essentially ripped me and many other off.

SMALLBUSINESSMAN  I recently purchased iSale from the Apple Store. After loading the program, allowing for an automatic upgrade, I found that my copy wouldn't register. I tried in vain to find an equinux phone number and then to email the company from their website. All to no avail. I cannot recommend a program from a "hidden" company that cannot respond to email and who's product doesn't enable you to register it. Now I am here to nail them for their lack of attention to me and my plight.
