please look at my pithhelmet review, it was 5 stars. simbl had driving me nuts as always a window "choose application" opened and it took me several hours to get the reason. so if something is beta and works i love to use it, but not everyday another problem .. (beside this i payed for pithhelmet and it's not the first time that we (i) have to wait for a version that works; beside my own changes in the .plist)

F451 What is there one star for what is clearly stated as a beta? If you have followed the history of SIMBL you would know whom you are dealing with, and how Mike has been very generous to the Mac community albeit SIMBL and PithHelmet are not his source of income (I dare you to find out what he does). Please follow Mike's web site to learn where the betas are heading.

SHK747 on all my mac's perfect exept modified pithhelmet, this crashes safari but ONLY the apple-store ! all other site with pithhelmet NO problems ..

this could be a contact problem or something mech/technical but not sd! are you getting a red dottet line with failure ? deinstall sd complete and reinstall; you will need your registration .. good luck ...

UNGEORD.NET sorry, but you are wrong here. MacDaddyX DOES NOT the same. MacDaddyX works only for the newest intel machines to spoof your airport; spoofmac works even for older intel or ppc macs.

UNGEORD.NET recently, except spoofmac we have two other frontend apps (MacDaddyX and ChangeMAC) and one command line interface (Mac Address Changer) All apps except SpoofMAC use only ifconfig , which is bundled with osx and which is working ONLY with the latest intel macs. ALL OF THE NAMED APPS DONT WORK FOR PPC OR THE EARLIER INTEL MACS: THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND SPOOFMAC, BECAUSE SPOOFMAC WORKS EVEN FOR PPC AND THE EARLIER INTEL MACS

i have used this since 2 years, but this version is a crap ! my powebook-system is "in best" condition (10.4.6), but the application crashes .. and the funnyest thing: isale does'nt recognize my running auction and so i can't get the status. the isale window shows: no running auction, isale cannot retrieve the status. i will change to garage sale.

SHK hi everybody at McAfee, was ist das für ein scheiß programm, läst sich, außer durch neuinstallation, nicht updaten ? (ich kenne die updatmöglichkeiten, die alle nicht funzen) bevor ihr diesen dreck via .mac "gratis" verteilt, sollte "er" über das alpha-stadium hinweg sein ! ich dachte symantec (mist) ist durch nichts zu überbieten und wurde von der mickymausfirma mcafee eines besseren belehrt ...
