SHINYWHITEBOX  We're aware of the problem and are trying to find a fix. I figure we must be doing something that the X3100 doesn't like. We will be posting info on the forum when it's done (and of course, there will be an update to the software).

SHINYWHITEBOX  Setup the capture size to be a multiple of 32 (see the Preferences) - and then Edit the capture area, to make sure that the current size is snapped to a multiple of 32.

Intel machines have issues when this option is not set. Also, don't use H264 directly, since on Intel this is inefficient. It appears that it's not optimized on this platform yet.
