Aimersoft DVD Ripper		May 16 2008

SAGITTAE  I've reviewed Aimersoft's DVD Studio Pack for Mac, of which DVD Ripper is a part. The DVD copy portion of Studio Pack works about as well as the free Mac The Ripper v3. The Ripper software however is VERY slow to the point of being useless, especially as compared to Handbrake as mentioned in other reviews below. If Aimersoft can update the video converting engine the product would be worth it.

SAGITTAE  Bryan: you are definitely not aware of programming. This game was created back in Mac OS 7-8 days. The fact that it was even able to be ported and updated as a Carbon OS X application from that far back is incredible. Many Carbon API can not be simply "Universalized". Before people speak I wish they would simply have some idea of what they are talking about.

All over the internet you see people write like they knew what they're talking about when the fact is they have no clue. :(
