RYAN.GOV  The UI is awkward and non-standard, and doesn't match iTunes' (also non-standard) UI.

What's worse, iWOW brought iTunes' CPU usage up to 20%, even when not playing music.

The developer is extremely responsive and added Mac SE emulation for me. The app is flawless - there's simply nothing better.

RYAN.GOV  This is by far the most easy-to-use application of its kind. I especially appreciate that it is 100% AppleScriptable and conforms to the Human Interface Guidelines completely. The PDF preview feature is one of the greatest innovations among similar applications.

The only problem I've had so far is that some of the messages are too verbose and take too much time to read. Additionally, I've been having trouble defeating Rhindle in order to get the Chalice, but I guess this is my shortcoming and not the developers'.

RYAN.GOV  I wrote to the company asking how to uninstall their product and got no response. I'm pretty unhappy about that. I'd steer clear of this product.
