ROBINART  I am new to the Mac (was a Win user before) and I have to say I am really happy I switched.

Developers like WordPower make me feel I did the right thing.

Soon after my comment below I got my own copy emailed to me customized as I requested it and now Fiwi 1.2 does let you set up for Rows or Columns in a very elegant way.

I noticed in the read me file the developer acknowledges inspiration from 2Finder which shows generosity. I personally find that although the two programs open 2 windows for the user Fiwi is different and works better for me.

ROBINART  Very Good

I downloaded Fiwi, doubleclicked on it and a dialog box came out. The telephone went so I did not click nor do anything. When I came back to the mac I had two windows nicely placed on the screen and the dialog box gone.

I like that very much.

Small job but very useful.

I would like to be able to change the default to rows. I believe that one window on top of the other would be better

AXE  Robinart

Thanks for your kind words.

Most people are happy with the 2 windows appearing side by side and that's why Fiwi defaults to that.

If you email me I will be happy to customize a copy for you that defaults to one window on top of the other.
