RMARGULIES  Decloner 1.1.1 seemed to work very well for me. Took a 3.2 GB folder (6,500 files) and knocked it down to 1 GB (4,300 files) in just a minute or two. Nice simple software that works well. I will buy it after a few more days of testing, as it's good to support (and reward) those that do such nice work.
