RICRIC  A useful application - once one has earned it's benefits they will get to become familiar apps on which you come to reply.

So maybe this cautionary tale is for you: I bought Yep at the end of May (27th) this year 2008.. Now just over three months notice I am asked to pay and extra license to use Yep2.

That is a pretty miserable license life. As a user of Leap, Yep, Deep, Fresh - I would have expected a more warm and sensitive approach to such license expiry dates. Sadly they don't appear to.

So you've created another unhappy customer. Perhaps you the sort of people who don't care what your customers feel. Good luck then, may you remember the displeasure of your disappointed customers long in to your old age.

RICRIC  An excellent application that allows downloads of most programmes from the BBC iPlayer site. Updated regularly it means you can choose when to watch and not have to worry if radio of TV programmes are going to be available in the future.

RICRIC  An amazingly helpful response from the developer provided a version that seems to have resolved the 'vanishing favorites' problem. This is a first class piece of software from a first rate developer.

RICRIC  Downloaded the standalone updater. It took a while to download (I guess there were a few others doing the same thing) but then the update worked like a dream.

RICRIC  Version 10.5.1 like version 10.5. still has a significant conflict with Adobe Bridge CS3 causing it to hang and become non-responsive when attempting to either open an image as camera raw in Bridge or when trying to select the Bridge Preferences from the Bridge CS3 menu

RICRIC  This is an amazingly effective spam control utility. It beats Intego personal anti-spam hollow and, doesn't ask for an extra license fee each year.
