RANDOMA  I take it back! There is a way to email the developers directly - in the 'Help' feature you can go to 'Suggest Features' and then click on 'Report a Bug'. You can't however, simply go to to the MultiplexApp website and click on a 'Contact Us' or 'Report a Bug' link there.

RANDOMA  One other additional comment - it would be nice if there was someway to email the developers directly. I really don't want to have to register for yet another web forum just to report a bug.

The bug in question is that the Premiere Date and Release date do not seem to get filled in with either "Find Information by UPC" or "Find Information by Title". Maybe they're not supposed to be, but since there's zero documentation, I have no idea....

Also, why does Multiplex connect to www.google-analytics.com on startup?

ANONYMOUS  Hi! You can email us directly at support [at] multiplexapp.com. We do use Google Analytics to track site usage. Also, if you click the feedback button in the app and click on "Report a bug" you CAN report a bug from right within Multiplex. Thanks!

RANDOMA  Multiplex seems to be a good, if not quite yet done, product.. Some sort of manual, or instruction page (even) would probably be very helpful. Although I notice that, in this regard, Multiplex is the norm, not the exception.

I realize that writing documentation takes time, and is not nearly as interesting a writing code, or planning the next great feature, and I realize that after you spend months, or years with your head inside a program, everything looks obvious, so why on earth would you need documentation anyway! But judging by the comments here, and in the Multiplex forum, a little tiny read me file would go a long way.
