Type: TroubleshootingDate: 6 May 2008 12:15Thank you so much for the reply. I appreciate your pointing me to the Help Tab, which I did not know.
That's too bad that it no longer works...

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 14 Apr 2008 23:13My apologies. v1.5 does work with Safari 3.1. I was so used to a quick interaction between Baywatch and Safari on Tiger that I thought v1.5 was hanging every time I tried to add an auction. So, I kept force-quitting v1.5. Then, today I noticed in my iCal some eBay entries. So, I realized that v1.5 had actually worked. This evening, I let v1.5 as long as it wants to run when I add an auction. Sure enough, it does add the auction in iCal.
Thank you again for your wonderful product!

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 14 Apr 2008 08:22This new release v1.5 does not seem to work with Safari 3.1 (5525.13) on OS 10.5.2.
If someone has gotten this version working, please post your success.

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 18 Dec 2007 01:29Apple Security Update Security Update 2007-009 brings Safari to v3.0.4 (5523.10.6). And, it kills Saft v10.0.3. :-(

Type: ReviewDate: 24 Nov 2007 20:14When Pithhelmet became incompatible with Leopard when the new OS was released, out of desperation, I found Safari AdBlock.
I must say that Safari AdBlock has worked to my satisfaction.
Certainly, Pithhelmet has more parameters that you can adjust. But, the simplicity and effectiveness of Safari AdBlock is impressive. Plus, it is FREE.
Now that Pithhelmet 2.8 has been released for Leopard, I disabled Safari AdBlock and tried Pithhelmet for a few minutes. Then, I immediately went back to Safari AdBlock.

Type: CommentsDate: 23 Nov 2007 10:46I have been a registered user from January 2003. One of the things that has always stood out with the company is their superb customer support before, during, and after a purchase or an upgrade.
I use Page Sender in my distance education courses in order to receive proctored exams back for grading. The software has been an indispensable tool in this respect.
Just a few minutes ago, I upgraded to v4.x. And, once again the customer support has been second to none.
When you must use fax software for work and truly appreciate timely response for help requests from the developer, I wholeheartedly recommend Page Sender.

-G5
-OS 10.4.10

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 7 Aug 2007 09:01It does not even launch under 10.4.10.
An attempt to launch from within ScriptEditor results in an error as well.
Simply, it does not work at all :-(

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 4 Jul 2007 18:11I have a MacBook Pro with OS 10.4.10.
With Safari 2.0.4 (419.3), I run the following:
- Saft 8.3.12
- PithHelmet 2.6.7
- 1Passwd 2.3.11
The moment I installed SafariPlus 1.5.1, Safari began crashing after every launch. For the life of me, I could not figure out why.
I finally 'cured' this issue by moving the SafariPlus folder to /Library/InputManagers. I still do not know what different it makes, however.

Type: ReviewDate: 19 May 2007 08:06I like this software.
Naturally, devices to be discovered need to have their visibility turned on in order for the software to be able to find them.
I tested it with my Sony-Ericsson T637 with visibility turned on. I find it pleasing to see a widget-like translucent window showing the phone's data.

Type: CommentsDate: 14 May 2007 18:30I was too curious about a universal binary update. So, I emailed DesignScience and received a respose within several hours.
They stated that they are finishing their work on v6.0 of MathType for Windows this year, and that they anticipate a release of v6.0 for Mac in 2008.
I know that it will be a long wait. But, when released, I would expect it to be compatible with a new Microsoft Office suite.

[4] sudo diskutil repairPermissions /
[5] Open Printer Setup Utility and add printers.

Type: CommentsDate: 4 May 2007 20:03There is no word that spells 'creat'. It is spelled correctly as 'create' in the screenshot.
People should review their brains before posting a review designed to incorrectly humiliate the developer.
This is indeed an excellent utility that shows the dedication of the developer.

Type: CommentsDate: 8 Apr 2007 11:55Another freeware to consider, if Psst does not work, is
StartupSound.prefPane 1.1b1

It has worked flawlessly both of my G5 Tower and MacBook Pro.

Type: CommentsDate: 7 Apr 2007 09:51Starting the new version 3, I cannot hide the application.
I would press down a mouse on its dock icon and choose Hide. Yet, the application does not disappear.
Is anyone else seeing the same phenomenon?

Type: CommentsDate: 3 Mar 2007 10:57As I ran this updater, it reported that all of my LaCie drives have v1.38 of firmware, hence no need for update. But, my drives are already a few years old. So, I would assume that an update is called for.
Exactly which version of firmware does this Update Tool try to install?

Type: TroubleshootingDate: 17 Jun 2006 10:53V8.3.2 installed in the specified directory causes browsers such as Safari, Firefox, etc. to print web pages with the right-most side truncated. To confirm this, open any web page and do a Preview.
I reverted to v8.3.1, and now browsers print pages correctly.

Type: ReviewDate: 16 May 2006 14:31I have been using PhoneAgent for a few years. Support from the author, Peter, has been absolutely phenominal.
I teach at a university, and sometimes I want to mass-SMS to my students. I have their cell #'s in Excel which is exported to a tab-delimited text file. PhoneAgent easily imports the text file with cell #'s, which enables me to send the same messages to multiple receipients.
Furthermore, you can now send different messages to different #'s as well. I use this new feature to SMS my students' exam scores. They love the quick feedback better than email.
For anyone looking for a cell phone program, I wholeheartedly recommend PhoneAgent.

Type: ReviewDate: 25 Mar 2006 10:49I believe that MegaCellX is currently the only cell phone application that allows you to import a text file of phone numbers into a group, then to send a single SMS to the group.
I need to send the same SMS to a group of about 100 students. I am not going to create 100 entries into the phone book, only to delete them at the end of the semester.
I emailed the author how to do this, and he has promptly and kindly guided me through an easy step to import a text file of numbers into a group in MegaCellX and to send the same SMS to the group.

Type: CommentsDate: 5 Feb 2006 22:42Indeed, Textures is dead despite BlueSky having come out of a not-even-alpha release for OS X. We need to get our typset done NOW, and TeXShop is what all Textures users would turn to.
Good GUI and true OS X interface. TeXShop is here to stay and serve us well.
