PLOINKR  Like the effect and functionality. Would be even better if I could get rid of the "ripple" I often get scrolling long pages (the "Sync scrolling to display" preference doesn't fix it for me...)

**...

PLOINKR  Too bad about the CPU hogging problem; nice features but it's just unusable to me because of that (even with 3GB of RAM and not that many photos).

PLOINKR  Not sure I see the point of using proprietary formats no one has ever heard of(!)

PLOINKR  Just tried the demo and it's painfully slow to launch. And once it does, it just hangs...

PLOINKR  To all Inquisitor users, I think you should be aware of this:

****.

PLOINKR  Very nice with lots of functionality. I like how you can "select all" your pictures and add the same title, tags, etc. to all of them. A few glitches here and there: "Switch user" doesn't seem to work (had to trash prefs to do that) and adding tags within the app sometimes results in duplicate tags.

PLOINKR  hmmm... is there a way to post a link here? anyway, go to adiumextras.com and look for David Lanham's Riceballs emoticons - you'll see where Mr. Veiga got his "inspiration" from.

JAGGED EDGES  You're right. This thief should immediately give his apologies to the inventor of the first-ever white emoticons, Mr. Lanham of Adium Xtras, and straightaway give due credit to Lanham, the most under-appreciated genius of our age. Where would these emoticons (or any of us?) be without Mr. Lanham's white emoticons? Why, certainly, these icons with their similar color scheme would never exist. This case is comparable to Mr. Einstein's blatant theft of the Theory of Relativity from the Swiss patent office. (I should know, I was the original inventor.)

Golly.

BENP  I have to agree that they're *very* similar - and it's not just the color, mister just-registered-Jagged-Edges-smart*ss. Even their fasticons logo looks just like Freeway's: http://www.softpress.com/
