PLAINJANE  The cost of Xsilva's Lightspeed is MORE than competitive - it is the best out there for comparable Mac based POS systems. I have been researching this for over two years and the closest estimate that I have received for a comparable system is $3800. I'll have to buy a new intel based mac to run this software but will still come out about $1000 ahead!
