PL_SVN  afaik... Max is the only one wich uses lame for mp3, core audio (not QuickTime!) for aac, latest flac and ogg libraries for flac and ogg and so on. meaning that it uses the best available technology for every file format.

so... if you care about sound quality you should use Max ;-)

Oh, btw... tvtv sucks (at least here, in Europe. Complaining with their "customer support" leads to a "It's *your* hardware's/software's fault" kind of answer).
