PFACKELMANN  I like the layout too and also share the opinion about importing.

I really miss the possibility to import recipes from csv or tsv files.

Is it really so difficult to install that?

Apple Security Update		Sep 16 2008

PFACKELMANN  After installing this update (Mac OS X - PowerPC (67.8MB)) and launching Control Network

I get the text:

"Your network preferences have been changed by another program"

ad infinitum.

I have to force System Controls to quit.

Another restart doesn't help.

Can't use System Control Network.

(Powerbook, PowerPC G3, 10.4.11)

As I use a German system the terms used may be not 100% exact.

GREENMANYYZ  I'm seeing the same thing... G4 dual 500 10.4.11

I run Applejack (in SUM mode) prior to any updates... install update, run Applejack again and restart

System Pref's - Network - and almost immediately a window pops up saying "Your network settings have been changed by another application"

Clicking 'OK' just pops it back up again. Have to quickly quit System Pref.'s after OK'ing the alert.

NORTHERNSPY  Regarding the "Your network settings have been changed by another application" pop-up window that won't go away:

I just had this problem, and here's how I fixed it. I do not know if the results are reproducible (and I don't want to have to find out ;-)

Click on the OK button in the error window, and VERY QUICKLY, before it pops up again, click anything within Network window to navigate further. (At this point, the pop-up stopped for me.) I then made a small change in the settings and saved. (I don't know making the small change was necessary.)

You're right, Rec 2.1 doesn't seem to work on PPC.

[tested on G4]

I'm trying to change this.

PFACKELMANN  Some versions ago Audio Hijack Pro would show a red alert when sessions with overlapping time schedules were set, e.g.:

Session A Same Player Friday 19:00 h - 20:00 h

Session B Same Player Friday 19:30 h - 20:00 h.

This disappeared but in case I miss something I would appreciate a hint (which I didn't get from Rogue Amoeba).

PFACKELMANN  I had only one problem - removing FLVR. But I received instruction from TastyApps and now Videobox is running smoothly.

I read that some guys waited several days for response from TastyApps. Well - this is a small shareware developer with limited staff capacity. They do still a much better job than say Microsoft with an army of hotline guys where you get lost in the queue,-)
