Like I said (and again...) you do not loose files with eyeHide! And if you not yet have received your serial, eyeHide opens your hidden folder everytime you open eyeHide, so I can't believe you lost anything yet.

I can't understand why you don't simply mail me your concern, anybody who had to deal with me knows that I quickly like to help and I always respond if I'm not dead! ; )

I have also implemented my contact info on my website as a regular email link which you could have used if the form did not work.

This is true though, my ISP had some BIG-Time problems because of the storm, that's why my mail form might have not worked for a few days. It sure does now! Sorry for that! (actually my ISP should aplogize by me! But no, know I get it ; ))

About your payment, I have not found any payments in my records done by you! I got in touch with Kagi and Paypal in case I missed something, but they also have not found any payments by your name.

And one last thing, NO one can loose data using eyeHide! Not if you delete the folder using the approriate option which is "Delete Folder". Which I think is quite obvious.

The folder is simply hidden in case you read the read me. So in clear, if you have not deleted your folder on purpose, it is still there! Check the size of your disk or or the pathe where you created the hidden folder.

Why not maybe checkout all functions and options applications offer, then maybe we can get further by understanding what all can be done.

If you check out the "Lock" Folder option from the menu, you can SEE your hidden folder in the path you placed it! SO if you not have done so, try it out.

Or simply give me your email for support

Oh well, simply use encryption if you want to really safe data! I always said that and honestly always will, simple as that.
