NIAMOR !!!!!!! CRAP !!!!!!!! This stupid thing trashed all necessary files. Then, none of my apps run anymore. This soft has no preferences or configuration panel, nothing to control. If you use it, just pray...

NMR you should have read the requirements properly, it does not work on a macbook. When run on an intel mac it will remove the intel code because runs on rosetta. Sorry. (Version 2.1.1)

NIAMOR for your curiosity, i'm running it on 10.4.10, pwb17' 1.33 2Go ram + Safari 2.0.4, FireFox 2.0.0.9, ect... What about this question ? NN9 should be better on mac intel ? I'll see that soon... Anyway, the system and hardware have nothing to do with the defaults of CSS and HTM interpretation... and the website i tested with looks perfect on other browsers (mac/pc).

NIAMOR well, reading the previous reviews, i was curious to see by myself what can do this old boy. And i was quite disapointed. This app is really long to start. Safari starts maybe 2 or 3 time faster. It's quite fast for loading pages, but again, Safari is really faster. And concerning the content, there are a lot of bugs with the CSS interpretation, some crap (and old) interpretation of HTML, like the border of images with links, wrong dimensions of blocks, don't like some transparencies, ect... Concerning GUI, there are few annoying lakes. For instance, you can't close a tab without to be on its page... what a wasted time ! Ok, there are a lot of options and preferences, as in FireFox, that there are not in Safari. But all i want is to see fast and precisely the pages i want. So i keep with Safari than this big stuff ! (Version 9.0.0.3)

TaskPaper | Oct 31 2007 |
NIAMOR I like it immediatly... Easy, fast, clear ! But i would not use it. For what ? There are lots of little bugs in it, sa with the preferences loading, crash when opening the file with another editor at the same time, ect... I think the support of XML would be the missing value. At minimum, the possibility to export as xml format. Maybe the possibility to read xml... And in the same way, it could be really a great improvement to have multiple task level in a "Project". And then, with all that, i will found it usefull as a very simple xml editor. (or a very simple task manager ;-)) As i've say at the beginning, i like it. But for the value, 18$ is far too much !!! NIAMOR Some little things are quite nice : the clean icon app, some smooth animations and transitions, some little graphics and effect. What else ? Nothing. It's really a crap stuff ! At (long) start, a strange (fake ?) bug with the free licence. The menu's shades are not in place under the text, and really disgraceful, absolutly not standard mac like. I'm note particulary attached to a mac-like interface. I looks all time for original ways, but not for worst ! The node selection on the map are interesting, be abble to focus on one or another is fun and usefull. But impossible to place the nodes freely on the board, impossible to place the junction's point freely on the node's rect, impossible to move the all map on the board... Incredible for a "brain map like" software. Map means "spatial organization", but here there is NO spatial organization at all here !? Well that's only the main points i've noticed... A very very deceptive software until 2 minutes use ! (Version 4.0.8.9)

NIAMOR This little soft is going better, with a nice gui. I prefer Megazoomer (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/21275), a SMIBL plugin, faster, more flexible with a better Finder integration, but i'm curious to see the next build of PYA... (Version 2.0)

NIAMOR It's quite difficult to find a good voice synth for french language. Maybe impossible... And these are not so bad. The 4 french voices sound almost natural, but there are a lot of bugs with the timing, punctuation, abbreviation... Then, it becomes quickly unbearable ! However, it should be usefull with a applescript support... but none at this time.. (Version 1.0)

NIAMOR It's very usefull to have some kind of features in Safari. But the way to use is not very confortable. I use since a long time the Browser Flock, with a WebDevKit plugin like this one. And it's quite more easy to use... (Version 1.0b19)

NIAMOR Thanks to the developper. This little plugin is perfect. Really quick and simple to install, absolutly simple to use. No floating window more, nothing to configure. Works with most common image formats, Tiff, JPG, PNG, BMP, PSD... Not with Pdf, eps, and pict (of course and it's really not a problem!). With this, i will never have to check the deph and the proportions of my images again, which is a boring part of the works. I keep time and can be confident to the quality of my images. And it's free, what else ! (Version 1.0.3)

NIAMOR A demo version ? For 5$ ? It's a joke ?! A there are lots of others little tools who are free, very useful, doing the same with less claim. FinderIconCM, Pic2Icon (no more on MacUpdate list ?), for my two prefered.
