Hi Pierre, distribute it as a special kind of calculator, that's ok. My point is that your software is irritating for an average user who expects an alternative to the built-in calculator. All those critics may sound harsh but the aim is to help you to improve your software to be ready for prime time. Keep on coding! |

99.5% , pardon 99%, don't expect this behaviour of a calculator. never. at least in my world 1/2 = 0.5 who do you think is the target group for this software? john doe? what would you say if someone releases an editor where you can't write 'the' because the underlying system doesn't want you to? |

Version 1.3.5 works as expected on my computer: 10.5.1 iMac PowerPC G5 iTunes 7.4 I guess your problem has to do with the last QuickTime update. There are numerous issues with the latest version. There are some workarounds available in the internet. Good luck! |

Today's new version says it doesn't work with TVToday's website. I thought this new version will fix this? |

Nice idea! But what's the difference between the buttons "Cancel" and "Don't create"? I guess "Don't create" is redundant. |

I never wanted to say that OmniGrowl isn't useful. I appreciate its features! But I have no additional GrowlMenu installed and I see those notification since the last Growl update. Wait, maybe I found the culprit :-) It could be the AudioScrobbler menu I installled recently... |

Did you check the file hierarchy on the other server as mentioned in the FAQ? |

It's fantastic to have an application like that for free! But there's room for improvement, too. The icons are so ugly they look like from a homepage of a 12 years old PC user. And the quality of the German translation is not ready for primetime. |

Finally found the reason for the non-appearing menu: Some binaries were missing in the download package. Please remove any old version and install the new one (1.1). The point for SafariScript is that you can use it without having to enable the script menu in every app. And more important: You can assign hot keys (by simply renaming the script) to your commands. That's not possible with Apple's Script Menu. |

and if you do a "Get Info (cmd-I)" on the file Frameworks/CocoaScriptMenu.framework/CocoaScriptMenu, does it say "Document (Universal)"? |

pontius, do you have an Intel mac, too? Do you have a folder ~/Library/Frameworks (where ~is your home folder)? If not then please create it and run the installer again. If that folder exists: is there a folder CocoaScriptMenu.framework in it? |

Do you use Camino in Rosetta mode on an Intel-Mac? If so, then please change that. Camino is an universal build and so is CamiTools. |

If style switching doesn't work please send me the logfile "~/Library/Application Support/Camino/CamiLookInstall.log". Maybe I will find out why it doesn't work on your system. |

dear users, 1) this version of CEP is not meant to be used with the latest nightlies of Camino because there is a change in the way Camino will display its preferences in the future. I will adjust CEP when this development is finished. 2) please uninstall previous versions of CEP before installing version 2 if there are still problems with installation or using CEP then please send me detailled info what went wrong. I will fix it as soon as possible! thank you! |
