MURRAYANDALLIE I bought this app just before the 4th weekend and had some trouble with it in that the created ringtones didn't transfer to iTunes. I contacted the developers via email and they were incredibly responsive and helped me solve the problem (over the holiday weekend mind!) - which was a permissions issue at my end. They actually refunded my money and still registered the program -a tremendous gesture. The program is absolutely fantastic, easy to use and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to make ringtones. I was so impressed I actually bought and paid for another copy of the software to load on my wife's iMac. Thanks to the developers.
