MRBALL  This program does not download data properly. Intuit wants to charge you for text support to fix this program. This is outrageous since text support can't fix it. They refuse to admit that it does not work properly on the mac. They also don't want to bother to fix the bugs.

RUBAIYAT  It is hard to give a whinging user credence when they keep referring to "Text support".

If you can't get the question right what hope for a coherent answer?
