MICHAELDMARTIN  It would be too slow.. VM is already slow on the internal hd, going through USB will make it even SLOWER.

MICHAELDMARTIN  Actually, safari is becoming increasingly unstable, and slow. On a powerbook G4 (1.5GHZ), I finally got tired of safari being a ram hog, getting slow if you leave it open more than an hour, and crashing. I switched to an optimised firefox build. Fastest thing i have ever used, that is MUCH more expandable.. At least, it don't give me the spinning ball every 10 mins...

MICHAELDMARTIN  The doom 3 mac port isn't uhm....... Good. Although, something that is more important than what you listed is you graphics card. If quicksilvers had SLI, with dual QUATRO FX-es, it would run verry well.... Although, I would say the best solution is to have a gaming pc and a mac for everything else.
