Transmission eats my memory. Whenever I use it, a whole lot of memory is gradually becoming Inactive, while I have about 25Mb free. And as such, the system becomes very unresponsive and slow. My only solution is to run iFreeMem (or something similar). Only happens on my iMac for some reaso, and not my MacBook. |

The popup notification window when a track has begun playing, or when you hover the menubar icon is extremely annoying. I don't want a huge black box suddenly popping up, disturbing my work, and there's no way to shut it off in Preferences. Most annoying feature ever. |

The application is extremely slow, with 4+ seconds delay on any action, even when selecting the search field, or a DVD to drag and drop. Very annoying. Running 1.6.6 on Leopard. Feels as if it was running under Rosetta (I checked, and it doesn't.) |

This is great, because it allows me to enable my iMac to go into deep sleep, so I can unplug the power adapter and move it into a new position or somewhere else in the house, without having to reboot. |

Sigh... Events still do not appear in Apple TV or Front Row. Have to make albums, which DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF EVENTS... >.< |

I love how this program is executed. Intuitive design and simple to use. I have only one remark, or request rather: the ability to choose what I want on the list, so I can create a lite version for my father, so he don't fudge anything up by performing the wrong task. Automation of system clean ups speaks for itself - it's not safe, especially if you don't know what you're doing. But all in all, that's not the program's fault, and it delivers perfectly ;) |

This would be great when watching DVDs on my projector, something I don't think is very CPU intensive. I have this small computer desk on wheels that I use to plant my projector on, and would like to leave the MacBook Pro on the keyboard rest. |

Works as advertised, and I think it's great. $5 isn't much, and I can spare as much. However, I couldn't manage to install it for all users, despite the account I installed it with being an Administrator (I have two admin accounts - this is the secondly created one). Installing it for the current user works just fine. I like the color thingy on the top, displaying the page title, and how you can alter that color to your own liking. |

Excellent idea executed perfectly. However, I would really love to have it internationalized, so one can list concerts within a country+city, ie. Norway+Oslo. |

Burn used to be great until 1.7. Whenever I try to burn a dick copy, Burn crashes, and the DVD is unejectable in Mac OS X. The only way to get the DVD out, is by rebooting. |

Suggestions for later versions: Either make it hidden (except from the Activity Monitor) or have it show in the menubar, but remove it from the dock, and make it universal. That way, I could have it run in the background when the computer starts up, and DVD Player will always be able to open VIDEO_TS-folders |

Lovely program. I only wish it would be possible to use a menu item rather than a dock icon, and even the option to use neither (with a global hotkey to open the front end). Makes it feel integrated ino Mac OS X. |

Nice feature. Very well done and Apple-esque. I would concider purchasing if I didn't already have Aperture, where you can import the iPoto Library and assign keywords more or less just as easily. But for those who doesn't have or want to buy Aperture, this is defiitively one to go for. |

Seems all right. Tiny spelling error, though. when clicking iTunes, it says "Import iTines". |

After flipping it around, testing various animation effects and such, and closing the program, Finder suddenly started to run at 150% CPU, and the temperature rose to around 82 C. Unsure if this was in fact the cause of the problem, but I wasn't using anything else. |

Good gracious! I love it! Perfect for me! I feared it wouldn't loop the sound, but it does! If I got anything to comment, it's that I wouldn't mind a 24 Hour clock feature, although it's nothing major. I wont be seeing the clock anyways as the screen turns off after a few minutes, after entering screen saver mode. But it'd be nice to have nonetheless. |

Remove the dock icon and add a shortcut key to open the preferences (the slider with the notes). Part of the idea with removing the noise is to make it as if the whine simply wasn't there. The program did work, though, although having something use 7-12% CPU constantly isn't my favourite resolution, but it works. Partly funny to drag the slider left and right, listening to how the whine accellerates and slow down. |

Little suggestion: Remove the flame from the dockicon and replace it with the current processorspeed. Other than that, a nice little application, despite requesting admin priveliges. -- I see the MacBook Pro runs mostly on 1500Mhz, and 1833Mhz when actually requiring use. Never seen it go down to 1000Mhz, though. |

This happened after I installed this software. Uninstaling it didn't fix it, and neither does any form of relogging or rebooting: http://bildr.no/view/2456 The program didn't work either when I attempted to use it, before and after editing the preferences. |

Excelent program :D It is Universal Binary, by the way. Activity Monitor reports it as "Intel" under "Kind", despite MacUpdate.com claiming MyTunesRSS to be PPC. I haven't tested the address in Explorer or Firefox, but if it works, that means I can share my music to people in the houe who doesn't have iTunes, or can't get it to work (running Windows). |

Great thinking with this one, and it appears Apple has taken after you. With iPhoto unlaunched, hold down the Option-key while launching iPhoto (only necessary throughout the monent that you click the icon), and it will ask whether you would like to create a new library, or open an existing one. This way you can manage several iPhoto libraries, without having to use any third party software. http://bildr.no/view/2255 |

I mean no disrespect, but I don't quite trust minor programs that require my authorization password, and a restart after the installation. It's nice to see more available possibilities to antitheft your machine. One program should not have the monopoly of the concept :) |

At last! The application OS X is in lack of! For someone addicted to MacUpdate as I am, this application is *perfect* It finds preference files, application supports and so on that you normally don't look up and delete. Many people think you can uninstall an application by just dragging the .app into the trashcan, but truth is you have to look up Application Support, Preferences and so on, and this application does it for you. I'd say it's well worth the money. Five stars out of everything, although I can't back up the stability as I haven't used it long enough to check for crashing issues (none yet though! ;) ). An application everyone should have. At last a program that actually has a use other than being neat :) |

Great application, but I miss the ability to add movie/game trailers (stored locally on the harddrive). Would be great to have when showing movies I have that people may want to rent, or that I want to take with me to friends. |

This is probably the most convenient program I've ever come across on the Mac. From now on, all I need is a bluetooth phone, and a size fit for my pocket. All I need is to use the menu to read and send SMS, which alone is an ingenious ability. Never fancied typing on a phone. The ability to make a call from the program and afterwards lift the phone to your ear, or using a headset, is also great. What I do miss, however, is a Service that allows me to highlight a phone number and make a call. |

I love it. Simply love it. If only I had an iMac, I would get the full benefit of website previews (designer by trade). I have one suggestion: Add the option to choos between standard Mac-menu style (current) and bezel (preview window for movies and the top header of the main menu). Transparant black, white fonts and a darker highlighter. Beautiful, clean and stands out without "cluttering" the screen with white and blue menus. |

Aweswome little snippet! I unfortunately do not have a video iPod to test it with, but what did work for me was to successfully convert my AVI music videos to iTunes compatible formats. With DivX I could open the MPGs and save them as .movs, and thus add them to the iTunes library (iT does not tolerate MPG or AVI). Two of these musicvideos were in AVI format (or MPG), which 2 different converters, including QuickTime, failed to open. iSquint took them with ease. Optimized for TV Screen and Go Nuts left no visual or audial difference that I can tell. |

I have a suggestion for this wonderful application. It's perfect, clean and lovely (I use milky look and text only), but there is one slight error that keeps me from purchasing the application. What the program doesn't do is add the total earned money and time spent, when printing. Note that I have not actually printed anything, only previewed and exported into various formats. This means you would have to add the hours worked and how much money you may demand manually to the export. A program created for simplicity ought to have such a feature. I believe this is because the totals is not part of the text fields. It seems to be "on it's own" on that glossy bar at the bottom. Another suggestion is that upon clicking "New Job" while having a group highlighted, will create a job within that group, so that I don't have to drag the new job into the desired group manually. Keep going with this awsome product! I give it... ...4 on Features, due to the lack of automated features, as mentioned above. ...4 in it's Ease of Use. Same reasons as above. ...5 for it's Value, because it's perfect for a freelancer like me. ...5 on Stability because the automatic 5 minute saving (can be expanded) is awesome, and it has yet to crash. |
