Transmission	Feb 19 2009	MBRAND Hi. The latest Version of Transmission is using 15% to 20% of my CPU on a MacBookAir. Transmission only has to handle four files and the download speed for all those four together is just 20kb/sec. (upload is only about 10kb/sec) I tried to restart the app and tried a reboot of the computer. Still the same. Is there any other very lightweight bittorrent client out there? CHARLES_BT This sounds like ticket #1829 (see http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1829), which is fixed in the nightlies and scheduled for 1.51.

MPlayer OSX Extended	Nov 26 2008	MBRAND Mplayer has always been my favorite movie player because of two (rather simple) reasons: 1. lightweight 2. You can use the arrow keys to jump 15 or 30 seconds within the movie The mplayer extended, well, extends by giving further features. Thank you for this great builds. BlackenedPixels	Aug 24 2007	MBRAND Hi. I've been using "blank" (just black) screensavers since 10.1. The main advantage of this one is, that the display not only turns black, but is also switched off. Very cool and just what I wanted. I've been using it for quite some time now on a MBP and it works perfectly. Thank you very much for this simple piece of software that makes you happy every day... ;-) (Version 1.002)		0

COMPASS How do I activate PicLens after installation?

I can�t find in in Safari menu, nor I know any shortcut.

go for example to http://www.google.com

Make a picture search for e.g. "apple".

Once you have the result move your mouse over one of the pictures and you will see a square at left corner of the picture. Click it and enjoy.

MPlayer	Apr 19 2006	MBRAND You can't jump 10 or 30 seconds with the arrow keys any more? That was the only reason I used mplayer. Sorry, but that really sucks. Another thing I find a little bit strange is, that you always have two player windows by pressing the playlist button? It would be cool to include an option in the prefs to open the playlist only (which has all necessary play/pause etc. buttons) (Version 1.0pre8 rc5)		0

MBRAND Sorry, reinstalled mplayer and now it works. In fact I guess I was just trying to watch a movie that didn't support the arrow key jumps.

NICOLASP Seeking is not working if your video file is missing is index. In this case you can add "-idx" option.

MBRAND Since I've installed this version I have trouble. Stripes in movies, the arrow keys work some time, some time not with the same film. I would like to go back to the older version. Where does mplayer puts it's files? I would like to delete them. Thanks....
