Regrettably, I've had a more than similar experience. I tried to purchase Witch 2.0.2 through the ManyTricks website, using PayPal. After nearly 45 days and going through the PayPal dispute process, all I got was my money back ... there was no response at all from ManyTricks. It's a shame, as I tried very hard to give money, and I would have preferred the software license to the refund. Anyone have more info on what's going on with ManyTricks?

DRUMSHANBO  I just ordered Witch and got my license instantly.

ROBOTANK  I haven't had any issues getting licences for Many Tricks software, but I have noticed that they respond either very slowly or not at all to other sorts of email contact. For example, I've sent them two bug reports and never heard a peep out of them nor seen the issue addressed. Moreover, updates for their software rarely appear, even when there are obvious bugs. In any case, these folks make some very nice utilities, but I would never send them my money again after experiencing their utter lack of customer care and support.
