MARTINSTEPHENS  This is an excellent application that does everything that the developer lists in his notes.

But wait, there's more. This application is scriptable as well. This has allowed me to create 130 page documents with 2000 internal links by merging 4 different PDF files. Once I had the Applescript written I was creating these files in 2 minutes. To do the 2000 links manually would be impossible.

The developer is very helpful and responsive.
