MARKM68K  The "Clear History" menu does in fact clear the Google search bar. Try it. Why reinvent the wheel?

MARKUS WINTER  Are you playing dumb on purpose? Of course clear history also clears the searches. But what if you only want to clear the searches and keep the history?

MARKM68K  Two of these nine features can be trivially configured directly in Safari.

- "Clear Recent Searches" is the same as selecting "Clear History" from the "History" menu of Safari.

- "Show Bug Reports Toolbar Item" is the same as selecting "Customize Toolbar" from the "View" menu of Safari.

Why reinvent the wheel?

MARKM68K  It works on both 10.4.11 and 10.5.6 versions of Mac OS X.

MARKM68K  this version of privoxy has been updated. if you downloaded it two ago and were having problems, please download it again as there was a bug on mac os x 10.3 and 10.4 releases.
